Governance
Swanleigh is owned by the Perth Diocesan Trustees, the legal
entity of the Anglican Diocese of Perth. The Perth Diocesan Trustees
have appointed the Swanleigh Council to manage Swanleigh in
accordance with the Rules for the Management of Swanleigh 2008 and
the Swanleigh (land and endowments) Act. Swanleigh reports to the
Perth Diocesan Trustees and the Synod of the Anglican Diocese of
Perth.
Swanleigh Council Members
The Swanleigh Council are charged with the governance of
Swanleigh. The Council members are appointed by the Perth Diocesan
Trustees, the Perth Diocesan Council and the Anglican Archbishop of
Perth. The members of Council are:

Visitor to Swanleigh
The Swanleigh Executive Director is appointed by the Swanleigh
Council with the approval of the Visitor and is responsible for the
day to day management of Swanleigh. |
