Catering

Swanleigh have the ability to cater for up to 300 people overnight or up to 400 people for a day event. Full catering can be arranged to be served in our air-conditioned dining room or we have the ability to cater meal options of a BBQ or packed meal. Our professional catering provides a range of meals to satisfy all tastes.
Please note: Swanleigh is not structured for self-catering.

Meal costs will vary depending on the time of year that your camp group is planning to stay. During the school term prices are fixed due to Swanleigh Residential College being in operation. Prices during school term holiday periods or across long weekends incur a catering surcharge. The degree of this surcharge depends on the size of your group and your meal requirements.

A reasonable standard of dress is required in the Dining Room and for health reasons we ask that your group please observe the following whilst in the Dining Room - long hair should be tied back, thongs are not permitted, hats must be taken off before entering and chewing gum is not allowed. General behaviour in the Dining Room is the responsibility of your group supervisors.
